Payment

For your convenience, we accept major credit and debit cards via our secure website. Payment in full is due before printing and shipping artwork. 

Orders may not be cancelled once we begin work on your personalized or custom design, or once a stock, non-customized design has been shipped.

Production

Digital prints are emailed within one business day of design approval. 

Unframed prints are shipped within 1-2 business day of design approval. 

Framed prints require 2-3 business days for production before being shipped.

Gallery wrap canvas require 2-4 business days for production before being shipped.

Shipping

Current shipping rates are listed in the FAQ.

Unframed prints, professionally framed prints, and gallery wrap canvases are shipped via UPS within the USA. International shipping is not available at this time. 

Most packages arrive 3-5 business days after shipment. 

Expedited shipping (1-2 days) is available upon request for an additional fee.

These shipping times are estimates only, and can be impacted by weather and natural disasters. Arrival time is guaranteed. Please see the current production times posted in our FAQ for the most up to date information. 

Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our art, and the time involved in creating each design, all sales are final.

We provide unlimited revisions to ensure your design looks perfect. We stand behind our craftsmanship and guarantee our items to be free of defects. In fact, we will do what we can to ensure you love your new art! If there are any concerns with your purchase, please contact us within five days of delivery and we will work together to find a solution.

Found a typo or misspelled name in your personalized art after it was printed? If the typo is due to our error, we will correct the mistake and ship your revised art immediately, free of charge. If the typo was not due to our error (it was sent to us on the word list), we can correct the design and re-print for a fee to cover printing and material costs. Please contact us for a quote.

Any items that are damaged in transit will be replaced immediately, free of charge. For insurance purposes, it may be necessary to send us photos of the damaged packaging and item.

Ultimately, we ask that you please communicate with us about any issues that may arise. We will work together to find a satisfactory solution.

Misc

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitors. Our monitors and printers are professionally calibrated, so rest assured that the colors of your item will appear exactly as intended. If trying to match a color perfectly, please ask for a printed sample.

We may choose to take photos of your order for promotional use. If you prefer that we not use or display photos of your art in this manner, please let us know when the order is placed.

Privacy

We collect personal information when it is necessary to complete a transaction. By providing us with this personal information, you consent for us to use your information for that specific purpose only. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact us directly or complete our questionnaire via authorized third party. Additional data may be collected when you use or view our website via your browser's cookies. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Your information is not sold to third-party providers for the purpose of marketing, however we may need to share your information with third-party providers, as necessary, to complete a transaction. The third-party providers will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Third-party providers we currently work with include, but are not limited to, Shopify, Etsy, Paypal, Dropbox, Stripe, Typeform, Zazzle, USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Please note, if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which that service provider or its facilities are located. For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
