How it works: A step by step guide to ordering:
Step 1: Choose your artwork
Browse our catalog to find the perfect design for your special occasion. Select finishing options, and complete checkout.
Step 2: Provide your words
Fill out the Getting Started Questionnaire to provide your words and select personalization options.
Step 3: Review the proof
Typically within two business days of receiving your questionnaire, we will email a proof of your personalized design. Be sure to check your email regularly, including your spam folder.
Let us know what changes you'd like to make to the art, and we will have a revised proof to you within 1-2 business days.
Step 4: Approve the design
Once your art looks perfect, let us know that you approve it to be printed. We will begin production right away!
Once your artwork has been printed, it is shipped to destinations within the USA-- typically arriving within 3-6 business days.
Please note, digital orders that don't require printing will arrive via email within 12-24 hours of approval.
